We stock two Campos espresso blends. Superior Espresso is the signature blend served in Campos cafes since the beginning: 100% Arabica from Ethiopia, Kenya and Colombia, medium roasted for caramel, butterscotch and milk chocolate. Roma Espresso is the darkest roast in the Campos range, a Southern Italian style blend with a measure of Robusta added for a thicker crema and a bigger punch.
Choosing between Superior and Roma
Superior suits most home machines and drinkers who want sweetness and balance in milk without losing the character of the single origins inside it. Roma is for people who like a heavier, more traditional espresso, a stronger punch through a flat white, or a stovetop pot in the morning. Both arrive as whole beans, so a grinder you can adjust finely will get the most out of them.
