Shipping
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes!
Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. To get free shipping please select 'FREE SHIPPING' at checkout.*
Your goods will usually be sent via Parcel Post.
If you have a preference for delivery partner please select from the options provided at checkout (charges apply).
*PLEASE NOTE free shipping EXCLUDES all dairy/plant based milk orders.
How are delivery costs calculated?
Delivery rates are calculated by location and the total weight of your order.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently we only deliver within Australia.
When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
Orders placed by 1.30pm on business days are dispatched same business day.
Delivery times vary according to your selection of delivery option.

Do I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries will require a signature (subject to COVID Safety requirements) unless Authority To Leave the parcel has been provided in the order notes.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive an email and/or text notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Is your packaging sustainable?
We aim to make our packaging as sustainable as possible.
Recycled
We purchase cartons and green bubble wrap manufactured with recycled materials.
Reused
We re-use cartons & filling when in good condition giving them a second life.
If a carton can't be re-used it is perforated and repurposed as fill packing.
Your order may be in a carton that doesn't match what's inside, please rest assured that your items have been treated with the same care we are showing the environment.
Reduced - reused packaging reduces the production of virgin products.
Are your products sustainable?
Wherever possible we source sustainable and environmentally friendly products.
These include Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Milk, Reusable Cups, Biocup Disposable Cups, Coffee Machine Cleaner, and Energy Efficient Coffee Machines.
