We offer scheduled servicing to maintain the reliability of your machine. As authorised service agents for all the commercial machines we sell, you will never be passed on to a third party.
On-site Repairs
We provide on-site repairs for anually serviced machines, within 50 km of the Melbourne and Sydney CBDs. All repairs use genuine parts and come with a 12 month warranty.
Loan Machines
To keep the coffee flowing, loan machine hire are available for the period of a service if your model is serviced off-site in the service centre.

Service or Repair?
Service
Regular preventative servicing is essential for maintaining the quality of your coffee, ensuring the reliability of your machine, and extending its lifespan. We recommend a service every 12 months or after 15,000 coffees, whichever comes first. Depending on your model, services can be performed on-site or at one of our service centres.
Repair
If you experience a breakdown, we offer a repair service. Repairs are conducted on-site for machines located within 50 km of the Melbourne and Sydney CBDs and at our service centre for machines located outside this radius. Please note that we only recommend repairs for machines that have been regularly serviced, as repairing unserviced machines may result in ongoing breakdowns.
