Description

The Lelit Elizabeth PL92T V3 is a dual-boiler home espresso machine designed and manufactured by Lelit in Italy.  The Elizabeth has a commercial 58mm group, PID-controlled coffee and steam boilers, timed shots and programmable pre-infusion.  It is also the first water tank-only machine to have true pre-infusion.  Pressure from the steam boiler via the coffee boiler pre-infuses the coffee puck with water for a programmable pre-infusion time before the extraction.  With a brushed stainless steel cabinet, a heat-up time of just 10 minutes and the ability to pour shots and steam milk simultaneously, this is the ideal machine for cafe-quality coffee in a busy home.

Software

• Extraction time is displayed for 20 sec after the shot.
• Real-time coffee and steam temperatures can be displayed by pressing and holding the '+' key, once for coffee and twice for steam.
• Reserve mode - The coffee shot will continue for up to 60 sec after the low water level is reached, so the shot is completed.
• The steam boiler can be turned off by pressing the '-' key for 3 sec. Eco is displayed. Repeat to reactivate.
• The coffee boiler temp can now be increased up to 110 degrees Celcius.
• For the steam pre-infusion feature, the steam boiler temperature can now be set from 115 degrees Celsius to 145 degrees Celsius.
• Steam pressure pre-infusion (Steam boiler on) - Pressure from the steam boiler via the coffee boiler pre-infuses the coffee puck for a programmed time.
• Pump pre-infusion (Steam boiler off) - The pump runs and then turns off for a programmed time to allow the coffee puck to Blume before the shot is poured.

Lelit control centre

The new Lelit Control Centre (LCC) provides programmable PID temperature control for coffee, steam, and hot water. The system also times espresso shots, monitors the water tank level, and has an automatic backflush program that makes cleaning easy.

Brew pressure gauge

The brew pressure gauge provides immediate feedback on the pressure in the brew head, allowing you to change your coffee grind to achieve optimal results.  With 18g of coffee in the double basket, your grind is too fine if the pressure is too high.  If the pressure is too low, your grind is too coarse.
