Description

Cafetto EVO Espresso Clean is a rapidly dissolving, soluble, and free-rinsing formulation that removes coffee oils, grounds, and stains from espresso machine group heads, portafilters, and filter baskets.

Directions

1. Remove the coffee filter from the group handle & replace it with “blind” filter.

2. Add one measure of Espresso Clean® to the blind filter & insert as if brewing espresso.

3. Start the cycle & allow it to run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.

4. Stop the cycle & allow it to sit for 10 seconds.

5. Start & stop the cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.

6. Remove the group handle, clean the group head sieve, and seal it with a cleaning brush.

7. Rinse the group handle well under a stream of water from the group. Turn off.

8. Re-insert the handle with the blind filter and start & stop the cycle 10 times. Run for 5 seconds, and stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing.

9. Remove the blind filter & insert a regular filter.

10. Brew & discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.

Group handle & filter baskets

1. Dissolve one Espresso Clean® Cleaning Tablet in 500ml of hot water.

2. Soak group handles & filters for 10 minutes.

3. Rinse thoroughly in running hot water.
