Description
The Mozzafiato Cronometro R blends Rocket's commercial expertise with refined domestic design. It features a stainless-steel cabinet wrapped in signature, individually cast alloy side panels that make the Mozzafiato instantly recognisable.
The Mozzafiato R is a heat-exchange machine with a commercial rotary pump that can run from the built-in water tank or be plumbed in. The Mozzafiato brings the commercial espresso machine experience home, making it possible to create the perfect espresso every time.
The 1.8-litre insulated copper boiler with 9mm brass end plates, paired with an intelligent thermosyphon system, lets you brew and steam at the same time while maintaining temperature stability.
The PID controller lets you adjust the boiler temperature to achieve the brew temperature ideal for your coffee beans, within 1 deg, using SCAE testing methods.
The digital shot timer lets you time your shots and adjust the grind for ideal extraction.
