Description
The Rocket Mozzafiato FAST R is the rotary pump version of the Mozzafiato, the flat sided machine in Rocket's home range. Rocket's FAST heating platform means it is ready to brew about 12 minutes after you switch it on, instead of the 20 minutes or more a traditional heat exchange machine needs.
It runs the same engine as the Giotto FAST R: a 1.8 litre insulated copper heat exchange boiler with PID steam control, a new style E61 group, a 58 mm commercial portafilter and a quiet rotary pump that works from the 1.8 litre tank or plumbed into your mains water. A digital shot timer, brew and steam gauges, a cool touch steam wand and a hot water outlet come as standard.
Where the Mozzafiato differs from the Giotto is the body. Its flat cast alloy side panels come in stainless steel or black, and it is the narrower machine at 315 mm wide (the Giotto is 340 mm) and slightly taller at 409 mm. Choose the Mozzafiato if you want the colour choice or need to fit the machine into a tighter space. If you prefer the classic angled Giotto look, the Giotto FAST R gives you the same performance in stainless only.
Every Mozzafiato FAST R is built in Milan and covered by a 24 month manufacturer's warranty.
