Heat-up time
The Elizabeth is a compact dual boiler: a 0.3 L coffee boiler and a 0.6 L steam boiler, ready in about 15 minutes, so you can pull a shot and steam milk at the same time.
LCC control centre
PID for coffee, steam and hot water
Lelit's control centre sets PID temperatures for coffee, steam and hot water. It also times each shot, keeps an eye on the tank level and runs an automatic backflush.
Pre-infusion
True pre-infusion from the tank
The Elizabeth was the first tank-only machine with true pre-infusion: pressure from the steam boiler gently wets the puck for a time you set before extraction starts.
Pressure gauge
Know when to adjust your grind
The gauge shows the brew pressure as your shot pulls. If it reads too high, grind coarser. If it reads too low, grind finer.

Description
The Lelit Elizabeth PL92T V3 is a dual-boiler home espresso machine designed and manufactured by Lelit in Italy. The Elizabeth features a commercial 58mm group, PID-controlled coffee and steam boilers, timed shots, and programmable pre-infusion. It is also the first water-tank-only machine to offer true pre-infusion. Pressure from the steam boiler, via the coffee boiler, pre-infuses the coffee puck with water for a programmable pre-infusion time before extraction. With a brushed stainless-steel cabinet, a heat-up time of under 15 minutes, and the ability to pour shots and steam milk simultaneously, this is the ideal machine for cafe-quality coffee in a busy home.
