5 min
Heat-up time
Thermoblocks heat water as it flows, so the Steel Duo is ready in about 5 minutes and every shot uses fresh water rather than water reheated in a boiler.
Dual thermoblock
Continuous steam, less energy
Instead of two boilers, the Steel Duo has two thermoblocks, one for coffee and one for steam, for steam that doesn't run out and 35 to 75% less energy use.
5 years
Thermoblock warranty
The Steel Duo comes with a 2 year warranty, extended to 5 years on the thermoblock.
1.5 °C
Temperature held at the group
The thermodynamic group is a large, insulated, lead-free brass mass heated directly by the top-mounted thermoblock. A sensor in the group holds the temperature within 1.5 °C.
