Description
A tamper and levelling tool helps the barista work more efficiently and consistently in their coffee ritual. The tool's profiled side distributes coffee grounds evenly in the portafilter before the reverse side tamps them. This results in proper extraction, prevents channelling, and ensures more consistent, repeatable espresso shots.
How it works
After grinding coffee into the portafilter basket, place the levelling tool on top of the portafilter. Twist the levelling tool 2-4 times without pushing down. The profiled base distributes the grounds. Flip the tool and tamp with the reverse side. Fully adjustable for height depending on the dose of coffee used.
