Description
Toby's Estate Woolloomooloo is the flagship blend of Toby's Estate. It is syrupy and round, with distinct flavours of spice, earth, cocoa, and caramel and a hint of brightness to keep it lively. Woolly has an enormous presence in milk and makes a memorable and unique black coffee. It is easy to work with and provides excellent results with all brew methods and experience levels.
This Toby’s Estate recipe is for coffee at its peak, 11–15 days after roasting. The recommended yield varies with roast age.
