9 Spice Fresh Honey Chai harmoniously blends aromatic spices, organic black tea and raw organic honey to produce an authentic chai.  The full-bodied wholesome flavour balances strong spice notes with the sweetness of honey.  100% natural, free from artificial colours, colourants or additives.

Preparation

1. Select a jug and weigh 10g of 9 Spice Honey Fresh Chai mix based on your desired brew size.

2. Ensure your chosen milk is chilled & fresh before pouring it into a saucepan.  Whisk your fresh chai into the cold milk.

3. Heat the milk and chai on your stovetop, occasionally stirring to 65°.  The tiny bubbles typically indicate a temperature of 65-70 degrees if you don't have a thermometer.  Please do not bring it to a boil.

4. Pour through a strainer into a cup or glass, with optional Spice gust garnish.
