Free 7 Day Trial Period
We install the coffee machine and train your staff in how to use and maintain it. The first seven days is a free trial period during which you can get feedback from your staff and make sure the machine suits your requirements.
No Lock-in Contract
Rental is invoiced on a monthly basis. The rental agreement can be cancelled at any time with 1 months notice.
Free Quarterly Cleaning
The rental includes a quarterly on-site cleaning service. The cleaning service is booked in on a reoccurring basis every 3 months and takes approx. 20 min. We test the coffee machine, temperatures, strengths, and levels are adjusted, and the machine cabinet is cleaned.
Free Service & Repairs
Free Scheduled Servicing
The rental covers all scheduled servicing. A service of all internal parts ensures the quality of the coffee and reliability of the machine are maintained. A loan machine (same or upgraded model) is installed and your machine collected for service.
Free On-site Repairs
Onsite repairs are covered by the rental unless the problem is a result of user error. If you experience a problem with your coffee machine, contact us by email, phone or by completing the repair request form linked here. We will contact you within 2 hours on business days to provide a solution or to arrange an on-site repair for the next working day between 9am and 1pm.
Free Loan Machines
A loan machine is provided free of charge as part of the rental for the duration of off-site services and any repairs required where your machine is taken off site. The loan machine will be either the same model as your machine or an upgraded model.
