Arkadia Drinking Chocolate (20% cocoa) has been a classic and a firm favourite throughout the Melbourne café scene for over a decade. With a malty aroma, smooth cocoa with sweet vanilla and caramel notes, a creamy body and a lingering finish, Arkadia is perfect as a hot chocolate or sprinkle on top of a cappuccino. Free of preservatives, artificial colours and artificial sweeteners.
Place 3 - 4 teaspoons (20g) into a cup. Add 180ml of warm milk and stir.
Dissolve 3 - 4 teaspoons (20g) with a bit of hot water. Add cold milk and stir.
As cappuccino sprinkle
Sprinkle Arkadia drinking chocolate over the top of a cappuccino.
Place 1 - 2 teaspoons (10g) into a cup. Add an espresso shot and stir. Add steamed milk.
Store in a cool, dry place.
On opening the packet, transfer contents to an airtight container.
