Description

The Expobar Barista Minore coffee machine is a dual boiler, lever espresso machine, ideal for the office.  The E61 group head and overpressure valve provide consistent quality espresso shots.  While your espresso is pouring, steam your milk using the commercial-quality steam wand.  Office Barista operates from a built-in 2.75-litre water tank and has a large drip tray, so plumbing is not required.  With brushed stainless steel panels and at just 26cm wide, the Expobar Office Barista is perfect for an office of up to 10 staff.

Dual pressure gauges

Dual pressure gauges allow you to monitor the steam boiler and coffee brewing pressure from pre-infusion to final extraction.

E61 Group Head

The E61 group head made from 4kg of brass provides excellent thermal stability for great espresso.  The passive pre-infusion system gently infuses your ground coffee with hot water at a lower pressure allowing the coffee to expand uniformly in the basket for superior coffee extraction.  Brewing pressure is adjustable externally to suit personal preference.

PID Temperature control

The PID control system powers the coffee boiler element to maintain your programmed temperature.  The PID ensures stable brew water temperature during espresso pour, which is vital for the perfect coffee extraction.
