Description

Introducing the new Profitec Jump upgraded from the popular Profitec Pro 400.  The Profitec Jump includes an integrated display and a modern new design with a black railing, brushed stainless steel cabinet, and American walnut handles.  The discreet display lets you keep track of settings, monitor espresso extraction time, and receive alerts when the water tank needs refilling.  This compact E61 heat exchanger has a small footprint measuring 22.8cm wide, making it suitable for nearly any countertop.  The Jump is outfitted with a toggle switch under the chassis, allowing you to activate or deactivate pre-infusion and eco mode, switch between three preset boiler temperatures for different roasts, and adjust the steam power.

E61 Group head & Valves

The E61 group head provides excellent thermal stability and passive pre-infusion. It gently infuses your ground coffee with hot water at a lower pressure for superior extraction. The quick steam and hot water valves provide fast, convenient operation.

Dual pressure gauge

The dual gauge allows the boiler and pump pressures to be observed at all times, allowing the brewing pressure to be easily determined and the steam pressure to be adjusted when necessary.
