Description

The Ascaso Baby T Plus is a compact 1-group espresso machine made in Spain.  It features a commercial rotary pump, a thermodynamic group head, a 2.5-litre steam boiler, PID temperature control, and electronic shot control.  The machine can be connected to plumbing or operated using the built-in 2-litre water tank.  For water tank use, we recommend it for up to 10 staff or 10 coffees per day.  The Baby T includes a cool-touch steam wand, a separate hot water outlet, and a programmable on/off time.  It's an ideal choice for coffee enthusiasts looking for a commercial-quality machine for their home, an office with up to 50 staff members, or a workplace that makes 50 coffees daily.  The machine's polished stainless-steel front and cabinet, available in five colour options, make it suitable for any environment.

Two precision pressure gauges

During extraction, the barista can monitor the real-time pressure of the boiler and pump.

 Thermodynamic group

Thermal stability is achieved using a large thermal mass lead-free brass boiler insulated on all surfaces.  Heat is transferred to the group directly from the top-mounted thermoblock.  A sensor in the group monitors and controls the temperature to within + or - 0.5 deg.

2.5-litre stainless steel steam boiler

The steam boiler is manufactured from 1.9kg of  100% AISI 316 stainless steel, plasma-welded inside and out.  It provides exceptional thermal stability using less energy while maximising steam production.  Stainless steel is highly resistant to limescale build-up.  The boiler includes a thermal sleeve, reducing the machine's consumption by up to 35%. 

Active cup warmer

The cup warmer provides plenty of space for your favourite cups.  It is actively heated by a 10W element, ensuring your cups are always hot.
