Do I qualify FREE shipping if my order is over $150?
Orders valuing over $150 qualify for free shipping. To get free shipping please select 'FREE SHIPPING' at checkout.* Your goods will be sent either via one of our couriers or via Australia Post. If you have a delivery preference please select from the options provided at checkout.
*Please note; deliveries via Star Track Express or Australia Post EXPRESS do not qualify for free delivery. Your shipping will be calculated based on your order and location.
Who will deliver my order?
At My Coffee Shop, we use a number of delivery partners to deliver your orders. These include:

StarTrack Express
We use a combination of air and road freight to ensure your orders are delivered to you on time.
Does My Coffee Shop deliver outside of Australia?
At this time My Coffee Shop only delivers within Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to international visitors to this site.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed by 1.30pm are dispatched same business day.
Delivery times vary according to your selection of delivery option.

Coffee Machine delivery - Delivery of coffee machines may take longer than indicated above. You will be advised of your anticipated delivery date within 24 hours of placing your coffee machine order.
What time will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise the exact time. If you will not be available to accept your delivery please contact us and we will arrange an alternative delivery day and if required an alternative address.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries will require a signature - subject to COVID Safety requirements.
Can I track my order through My Coffee Shop?
Yes, the client services team at My Coffee Shop can track your order through Australia Post/StarTrack. All you need to do is contact us by phone or email and we will track your parcel and give you an update.
Alternatively, if you have provided an email address at the time of order, you will receive an email from Toll Priority with tracking details.
Australia Post Parcels cannot be tracked.
Can I arrange a different method of delivery?
Yes, you can. We understand that one size does not fit all.
To arrange an alternative courier of your choice:

Please note that we accept no responsibility for the goods once they have been collected by your courier.
I've missed the delivery van - what do I do now?
Australia Post will have left a card or sent a link to arrange redelivery or post office collection.
Please note: Australia post has been rolling out a paperless system so if you have not received a card please check your emails or contact us.
