Description
The Rocket Boxer 2 Group coffee machine combines the output of a full-sized commercial espresso machine with a compact 63 cm footprint. Its 13.2-litre copper heat-exchange boiler provides stable brew temperatures, fast recovery and abundant dry steam for busy service.
Heavy-duty cast alloy side panels give the Boxer a clean, durable finish. Volumetric dosing, electronic pre-infusion, shot timers and automatic group cleaning help a professional team deliver repeatable results throughout the day.
