Description
The Rocket Boxer 1 Group coffee machine delivers full-sized commercial performance in a compact 48 cm footprint. Its generously sized copper heat-exchange boiler supports stable brew temperatures, fast recovery and high volumes of dry steam during busy service.
Heavy-duty cast alloy side panels give the Boxer a clean, durable finish. Volumetric dosing, electronic pre-infusion, a standard shot timer and an automatic backflush cycle keep operation consistent and straightforward for a professional team.
