Description
The Profitec DRIVE is the successor to the Profitec Pro 700. Designed and built in Germany, the DRIVE is a dual-boiler machine with a rotary pump that can be operated from the built-in water tank or connected to plumbing. The new integrated OLED PID control system allows you to set boiler temperatures, programme pre-infusion, set up to 2 on/off times for each day of the week, activate ECO mode, set a cleaning reminder, and enable a fast heat-up mode. It also features a shot clock to time your espresso shots. The DRIVE also includes a flow control valve for flow-rate profiling during coffee extraction.
