Description
Allpress A.R.T. is further developed to soften the acidity and introduce richer chocolate notes. The result is a gentle acidity, a heavy body, and sweet, rich dark chocolate flavours.
The blend's components include Brazilian beans, which contribute body, cocoa, sweetness, and length; Colombian beans, which add a touch of acidity for balance, along with milk chocolate and sweetness; and Papua New Guinea beans, which provide more cocoa and subtle notes of raisin and sweet dried fruit.
