The Eureka Mignon Single Dose Pro is a single-shot grinder manufactured by Eureka. Based in Florence, Italy, Eureka has been a prominent manufacturer of coffee grinders since 1920. Equipped with 65mm 'Diamond inside' flat burrs and a large micrometric stepless grinder adjustment with a revolution counter, it allows you to easily set the grind to suit your coffee plunger or espresso machine perfectly.
