How Subscriptions Work
Your subscription takes care of everything for you! Based on your chosen delivery schedule, we’ll automatically charge your securely stored payment method and send your products straight to your door. No need to remember to reorder - we’ve got you covered.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, absolutely! You have complete control over your subscription and can pause or cancel anytime - no questions asked. Getting to your account is simple: click the person icon in our website menu, sign into your account with your email, and you’ll find all your subscriptions under the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab. From there, you can easily pause, cancel, or skip any delivery with just a few simple clicks - giving you complete flexibility over your subscription!
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
No problem at all! Life happens, and we’ve made it super easy to adjust your deliveries. Simply log into your account and click on the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab where you’ll see your upcoming delivery. You can skip any delivery you don’t need right now, or reschedule it for a date that works better for you.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Absolutely! Adding products to your subscription is easy and flexible. Simply log into your account, click on the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab, click the “Edit” button on your subscription, and you can add, remove, or adjust any products whenever you’d like. It’s that simple - customise your subscription to fit your changing needs!
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
IIf we’re unable to process your payment, don’t worry - we’ve got you covered! You’ll receive an email with a secure link to easily update your payment information. We’ll automatically retry the charge the next day to keep your deliveries on track.
If the second attempt doesn’t go through, we’ll temporarily pause your subscription and send you a notification. You can reactivate and update your subscription whenever it’s convenient for you - there’s no rush or penalty.
What if my items go on sale?
Great news! If any items in your subscription go on sale, you’ll automatically receive the discounted price for deliveries during that promotional period. Once the sale ends, your subscription will simply return to regular pricing.
For example, if you have a subscription for Campos Roma coffee and it becomes our featured “Coffee of the Month,” you’ll get that special discount for any deliveries charged during Roma’s featured month - no action needed on your part!
What if the price of my items change?
On the rare occasion that the price of a coffee we stock increases, we may need to adjust subscription pricing accordingly. We always do our best to absorb these supplier cost increases and avoid passing them on to customers whenever possible.
