Service & Repair
Service
Preventative servicing will improve the performance and reliability of your machine, and extending its working life. We recommend a service every 24 months for machines used in the home. Services on manual machines are performed in our Abbotsford (VIC) and Pyrmont (NSW) service centres.
Repair
If your machine breaks down, we provide repairs at our Abbotsford (VIC) and Pyrmont (NSW) service centers. If your machine is due for service during the breakdown, we recommend servicing it at the same time to enhance its performance and reliability. Note: Jura automatic machines are serviced at the Jura hospitality Centre in Hawthorn East Melbourne. Follow the links for service and support options.
