Benefits in detail
PID Temperature control
The PID control powers the steam and coffee boiler elements maintaining programmed temperatures, ensuring stable brew water temperature and strong, stable steam pressure for milk texturing. The PID also has a built-in shot clock, eco mode, steam boiler on/off option and a cleaning reminder.
E61 Group Head
The E61 commercial group head is made from 4kg of chrome-plated brass, providing excellent thermal stability vital for great espresso. The E61 passive pre-infusion system gently infuses your ground coffee with hot water at a lower pressure allowing the coffee to expand uniformly in the basket for superior coffee extraction.
Spring-loaded long, life non-compression steam and hot water valves are easy to operate and have a long working life.
Dual pressure gauges
The double-pressure gauges allow you to monitor the steam boiler and coffee brewing pressure from pre-infusion to final extraction.
